Erin McElroy
Head of Innovation at IBM
Erin devotes her passion to driving innovation and creativity to a wide range of global projects, campaigns, and initiatives. In her role as Head of Innovation in IBM’s event and experience marketing group, she has consistently led award-winning experiences.
Erin has recently been recognized by the Virtual Events Institute (VEI) Smart 100 and EventCombo as one of the 25 Women Who Rule the Event Industry. One of Event Marketer’s 2018 Dream Team, she conceived of Reimagine Retail in collaboration with the Fashion Institute and Tommy Hilfiger, to inspire future generation of cognitive fashion designers.
From broadcast collaborations with ABC and Warner Brothers, inventing cognitive experiences at top tier events, such as CES, Think, Gartner, and SXSW, to the colossal immersion in digital we are all living in, Erin focuses on reaching people through impactful stories and memorable experiences. She’s excited to be a part of the world of technology, marketing, and creative evolution accelerating every day.
